ANY exterior changes to your home requires ARC approval before you begin work. ARC Guidelines are located here.
Fill out the online form to submit your home improvement request to the ARC committee for review and approval. You must attach a scanned sketch or picture of the location of the proposed work on your property and provide specific information or a picture of the materials to be used in the project.
Homeowners considering the use of water-wise landscape design may utilize the Xeriscape plans from the City of Aurora or the landscape designer of their choice.
